Testing drinking water
Objective
Water is the most essential of all natural resources. Europe has abundant water resources but unequally distributed.Water scarcityaffects 130 million inhabitants (27% of the EU population) specially at Mediterranean EU Member States Water quality determinates its use. Nowadays, freshwater ecosystems are under threat due to a great variety of stressors(factors that influence negatively water resources).
Our objectives are:
1.Check tap water quality according to UE legislation
2. Know if other water sources (rivers, lakes, well,…) are polluted and what is the most probable causes
